Mark Kilens, Manager, Customer Training

Mark Kilens is a graduate of the University of New Hampshire. Previously to joining HubSpot, Mark was the Marketing Director at SalesQuest, a technology sales intelligence firm based in Massachusetts. Mark specializes in emerging fronts in search technology, landing page design, and email marketing.
Mark originally found out about HubSpot about three years ago when doing research on internet marketing software, and then as a customer using the software. Mark then met Brian Whalley at a HubSpot User Group meeting and became interested in joining the team here.
As a former customer, Mark joined HubSpot to create an environment where customers never stop learning. He leads the #InboundLearning team at HubSpot, which are customer-only webinars teaching HubSpot customers how to transform their marketing and measure their return on investment. When not at HubSpot, he enjoys lobster and a secret technique for making snow at his house.

Chris LoDolce, HubSpot Inbound Marketing Professor
Chris LoDolce received his undergraduate from Bentley College in Marketing and Information Technology and his MBA from Elkin B. McCallum Graduate School of Business with a double concentration in Marketing and Entrepreneurial Studies.
Before coming to HubSpot he worked for Invoke Solutions, an Online Market Research company. After taking on the role of Marketing Manager he began eight hours of consulting with one of HubSpot’s Inbound Marketing Consultants. Following the recommendations of his consultant, Chris was able to set new company webinar records , significantly increase daily lead volume as well as increase overall site traffic.
