Hi Art. Yes, you can easily switch back and forth, changes go live to the online interface from the Google Adwords Editor tool instantly. As long as you are in the habit to "Get Recent Changes" and "Post Changes," in Adwords Editor everything will remain synched.

You can also download your Adwords Account to multiple computers and log in with your Adwords account login credentials. Again with this, as long as you are Posting Changes and Getting Recent Changes each time you use the tool, your campaign will remain synched.

One other thought - the Adwords Editor tool is also top notch in terms of letting you know if any errors are occurring in the posting process. It will provide clear updates through your posts on successful and unsuccessful uploads. Once you try a few updates, you'll see. Hope this helps.

Can you easily switch back and forth from the Adwords editor and the on-line tool? I'm frequently using different computers...don't think it will be feasible to Adword Editor on each?
