How HubSpot Is Getting More Powerful, More Integrated Than Ever

Here at HubSpot, we're working harder than ever to make marketing software that marketers love. That means that we've been making improvements to the HubSpot software at an even more rapid pace than usual lately. This pace is going to keep up for a few more months or so, while we fulfill our vision to make HubSpot an easier to use, better integrated, and more powerful tool for you.

So we thought we'd share more about that vision with you now, to give you a clearer sense of exactly what changes are coming your way, and to let you know how you can get the earliest possible access to the new tools and capabilities as we roll them out.

In fact, we thought it was so important to get you the lowdown that Mike Volpe, HubSpot's VP of Marketing, wanted to tell you all about it in person. So he recorded this short video message. In it, he's previewed the next round of product updates, as well as the link you'll need if you want to register for early access. We hope you like it.

Finally, we want to thank you, our customers, for being so patient while we roll out these changes. Your response to the improvements we've made so far has been phenomenal, and we are so grateful for that. It's your feedback that helps us meet -- and hopefully exceed -- your expectations for what HubSpot can do for you. So thank you for being so generous with your comments, suggestions, and ideas. We truly couldn't do this without you.

Very cool ... you guys are growing by leaps and bounds. What's going on outside the window? It looks like a Christmas tree doing Pilates...

Exciting news. At times the changes get to be almost overwhelming but after I work through them I am always amazed at how they make things easier and more effective so keep it coming. The value you continue to add makes Hubspot one of our most valuable tools in our business.

You guys have been making improvements to the HubSpot software, but what about the performable product? It breaks all the time, and the sales reps don't know the intricacies of the data. You bought it and forgot about it, but it has the potential to be a top tool that hubspot offers.

Hi Malarie,

Thanks for your comment. We couldn't agree more about the potential of these tools and we are absolutely committed to providing you with the best marketing software on the market.

I'm sorry to hear about your frustrations with the current state of the Performable tools. I can assure you that we're working right now on making these tools more perfectly integrated with the existing HubSpot applications. Our plan is to seamlessly incorporate this functionality with the existing HubSpot toolset.

I'm also going to reach out to you directly via email and get you in touch with your account manager, Matt, so you can chat further about your specific frustrations and perhaps gain some helpful insight into and assistance on the specific tools you're experiencing difficulties with.

Thanks again for commenting -- I know your time is valuable and sincerely appreciate the fact that you reached out.

Thanks,

Good to hear about the email improvements. As a new customer, I'd also like to hear about any upcoming blog administration enhancements. When will it be closer to Wordpress functionality?

Hi Todd,

The blog and other content creation tools are being retooled as we speak, and will be the centerpiece of the next big update after we're done updating Contacts & Email. I don't have exact dates for you, but rest assured you'll be seeing big changes here soon as well.

Hi Beth,

One feature I would love to see implemented in the blogging tools is the ability to rewrite URL's like you can in WordPress. Right now, the HubSpot URL's that are generated aren't SEO-friendly. Be great to see that changed soon.
