Please let us know about every meetup you host as soon as you have it scheduled so we can list it on the calendar for customers and see if there is a HubSpot representative who is available to attend. (It will take 24-48 hours to appear on the calendar after sending this form.)
Please note that the chances of us being able to send someone greatly increases if you give us 2+ months notice. (Consider scheduling multiple at once!)

How Early Should I Plan in Advance?
Shoot for 2+ months. This allows time for us to coordinate a HubSpotter guest, and for you to thoroughly promote.
Rule of thumb: See if you can have a date set for your next meetup at each meetup you hold.
How often should I be holding meetups?
HUG Leaders are required to hold 4-6 a year.
Who Can Host Meetups?
Folks who organize meetups are called HUG Leaders, and most customers and VARs are eligible to become those HUG Leaders! Read the guidelines and expectations.
