This easy-to-edit "10 Tips Guide" template allows you to create a one-page guide in which you provide 10 tips on something related to your business or industry.

Here are the steps you need to take to customize and finalize this template:

1. Insert your company logo in the header space at the top of the page
2. Type in the topic of your tips where it says "[INSERT TOPIC]." For example, you might have a guide for the "Top 10 Tips for Tuning an Electic Guitar" or the "Top 10 Tips for Choosing Computer Backup Software"
3. Create your ten tips! Summarize each tip in the bolded text space, and then elaborate on each point with un-bolded text.
4. Insert a call to action at the bottom of the page leading to the next landing page in your buying cycle, to drive visitors back to your website.
5. Save the document as a PDF. Use this PDF as the offer on your site!

That's it! Next create a landing page for this offer so that your website visitors need to fill out a form to download this offer.
