Make sure to emphasize how the product/service will help your prospect, rather than making the content too salesy! This is more of a middle of the buying cycle offer.

Here are the steps you need to take to customize and finalize this template:

1. Insert your company name where it says [Insert Company Name]
2. Title your fact sheet where it says [Insert Product/Service Name].
3. Add an image. Replace the [Insert Picture] box with a picture relevant to your business.
4. Customize the copy on this page. Replace all of the filler text with text related to your product/service.
5. Insert a call to action at the bottom of the page leading to the next landing page in your buying cycle, to drive offer recipients back to your website.
6. Replace the HubSpot logo with your own company's logo.
7. Save the document as a PDF. Use this PDF as the offer on your site!
