Student Bootcamp: HubSpot AI Tools

A 7-week interactive applied learning experience for college and university students focused on HubSpot's Generative AI Tools.

Overview 

Experience with generative AI and AI-powered conversation technology is crucial for students preparing to enter today's workforce. AI is changing the way we work and enabling businesses to be more efficient and effective. HubSpot is excited to help students gain the skills needed to be at the forefront of emerging trends in AI through our 2023 HubSpot AI Tools Student Bootcamp
 
This Bootcamp is designed for current college and university students. Participants will attend 6 hours of live, online training. Once training is complete, students will be matched with a HubSpot client to complete a 4-week paid, micro-internship project to practice their skills. The program will run from October 4th - November 17th. Participants are expected to be available for the full duration of the program.
 
This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience, grow your network, and learn from industry experts. At the end of the program, students will receive an industry-recognized Certificate of Completion from HubSpot Academy and a program badge to support networking and professional development within the HubSpot ecosystem. Students will also receive $350 for the successful completion of their project. 

What to Expect

Part 1: Training Program

The 3-week training program will give students the knowledge and skills needed to successfully use HubSpot's newest AI tools - ChatSpot, Content Assistant, and Campaign Assistant. Students will receive an introduction to GenAI and explore the concepts needed to complete client projects.   

Students will meet virtually on Wednesdays & Fridays from 5:00 - 6:00 pm ET beginning October 4th.

Part 2: Experiential Learning Project

Following training, students will be matched with a HubSpot customer to complete a 20-hour "micro-internship" project. This is an opportunity to gain hands-on experience practicing your skills with real HubSpot clients! 

Projects will be completed over a 4-week period and each student will earn $350 for their work

Important Note: In your Parker Dewey profile be sure to list "Hubspot AI Bootcamp" in the Affiliations/Programs Section. 

Bootcamp Curriculum & Timeline

Each 1-hour training session will be hosted virtually on Wednesdays & Fridays from 5:00 - 6:00 pm ET. 
Students should be available to participate in all sessions.

Session 4 - Introduction to AI & Tools Overview 

Session 3 - Case Exploration: AI for Sales 

Session 4 - Case Exploration: AI for Marketing 

Students will be matched with a HubSpot customer to complete a 20-hour project to practice their skills and gain hands-on experience. 

Each project requires the utilization of at least one of HubSpot's AI Tools - ChatSpot, Content Assistant, or Campaign Assistant. Customers will choose from one of the following project themes: 

  • Funding Research & Prospecting 
  • Sales Email Templates & Lead Reactivation 
  • Marketing Collateral & Campaign Design

Projects are designed to be completed asynchronously. However, students will need to meet with the client at least twice to kick off the project and present their final deliverables. Additional meetings can be scheduled directly with the client if needed. The Bootcamp instructors will also be available to support throughout the duration of the project as needed.

Yes! 

This is a free bootcamp available to US-based college and university students.  

Each participating student is allowed one excused absence during the 3-week training portion of the program. Students should notify the program facilitator at least 3 days in advance of their absence. Students who miss a session will be expected to watch the recording. 

Students who miss more than 1 session will not be able to successfully complete the program. 

Yes! 

Students will earn $350 for the successful completion of their bootcamp project.
