I was a HubSpot user for eight years before becoming a partner, so I focus on helping people develop systems and everyday processes that'll make their lives easier, whether they work in sales or marketing (or are just the person at their company tasked with managing HubSpot).
I operate with high empathy and avoid using jargon and confusing language. I prefer my training to be more of a conversation and adapt to the level of my learners. I am keenly aware of what it's like to be handed a powerful tool like HiubSpot and the feeling of intimidation that comes with not quite grasping how to manage it, so I always operate with that in mind.
As the co-leader of one of America's largest HubSpot User Groups, I've delivered dozens of lessons across all aspects of the Hubspot platform plus many of the most important integrations such as Salesforce, Zoom, Piesync, and more.
In my roles with Digital Reach, the Salt Lake City HUG and as a marketer in general, I believe our industry benefits from shared knowledge and smarter revenue teams. We can have more targeted interactions with audiences who are receptive to our messages, resulting in less spam, more satisfaction, and more profitable businesses.
