Program Wrap-Up
|
Week 1 of the program will begin with customer and student orientation. Customers must attend one of the orientation webinars where we will review program requirements, and expectations, discuss technical requirements, and lay the program foundation.
Weeks 2-5 are considered the project period. Students will meet with their clients weekly to review and receive feedback on their project work. An assigned representative from your company must be available to support your student over the course of the full 4-week project period. Customers should expect to dedicate one hour each week to meeting with their assigned student for the duration of the program.
Students will participate in training sessions on Mondays and Tuesdays. Clients are required to meet with their students at a mutually convenient time between Wednesday and Friday each week. This allows students to directly apply and demonstrate what they are learning in training to their client project.
Week 6 is the program wrap up including student submitting their final deliverable.

Student Training Sessions:
Students will participate in training sessions on Monday and Tuesday led by expert facilitators. The training curriculum focuses on 3 primary objectives:
Training sessions will be highly interactive and are designed to give students ample opportunities to practice skills in large and small groups. Students will receive homework assignments as well as checklists to use during their client meetings.
Our team aims to ensure that students are well supported during the program and that clients do not need to exceed the outlined expected time commitment.
Every Friday, program instructors will host optional office hours where students can ask questions, debrief their client meetings, and learn from peers. Each student will have access to a Slack group/channel where they can ask questions and receive asynchronous support.
During orientation, clients will be introduced to the HubSpot team who will be available throughout the program for support. Clients should not hesitate to reach out if they have questions or concerns.
Students will work with their client to create one or more LinkedIn Ad campaigns to drive traffic through a specified Call-to-Action for the company's ideal target audience. By the end of the project, students and customers will have gained the skills to advertise on LinkedIn.
Note: Prior to participating, customers need to identify a content offer, product, or service to be the focus of the ad campaign.Become a Fall 2024 program client and receive a $1000 LinkedIn Ad credit with the support of a HubSpot-trained student to develop LinkedIn Ad campaigns for your business! Through HubSpot's Workforce Development Program, participating students are sourced from HubSpot Education Partner Program institutions from across the US and Canada. These institutions incorporate HubSpot into their classrooms to support applied learning and hands-on training. Prior to working with a HubSpot customer on their 4-week (30-hour) project, students will have completed 3 weeks (12 hours) of live, online training on industry best practices (including LinkedIn Ads for B2B marketing and lead generation) from HubSpot and LinkedIn instructors, as well as completed HubSpot's Marketing Software Certification.

This program has the added benefit of tackling the issues of unpaid student labor, which exacerbate inequalities related to the representation of different racial groups and genders within our workforce. By offering short-term, paid opportunities to students eager to network and work hard - regardless of geography or major - this program serves as a solution to bridge the opportunity gap and enables any college student to gain valuable experience in working with LinkedIn Ads specifically.
Please note that the student undertaking a micro-internship with you is independent of HubSpot. In participating in this program, it is your responsibility to vet the student you are assigned, and determine the manner in which they work with you. This includes ensuring you have confidentiality terms in place with the student, such as an NDA. HubSpot is not liable for any actions, errors, or omissions of the students participating in this program. See below for the full terms.
