During the project period, customers should expect to dedicate one hour each week meeting with their assigned student over the course of the 4-week project. You should plan to be available during the full 4-week project period to communicate feedback and support the student as needed.

Your team is not responsible for student payments. HubSpot works with an external partner to ensure all students receive compensation for their work. This is a free program for HubSpot customers. Through our partnership with LinkedIn, students will receive a stipend for the successful completion of their projects.

You will receive information about the student you are working with by October 18, 2024.

Students will have the opportunity to review all customer projects and will apply to work with customers. Students are encouraged to consider industry, location, and company goals when applying for projects. You will receive information about the student, their school, digital marketing experience, and why they are interested in working with your company.

During the project, students will have access to office hours with the program trainers and a program slack channel to ask questions and receive technical support. Customers are not expected to provide students with LinkedIn-related support and instead should focus on providing the student with knowledge about your business and digital marketing goals.

Once you receive information about your student, connect with them promptly to schedule a 60-minute project kick-off call. This call should be completed between October 23 and 25, 2024. Learn more about what to do during your kick-off call here.

You and your student will work together to determine the weekly check-in time between Wednesday and Friday of each week of the project period.

To complete their projects, students will provide a presentation, video, or document outlining their work, findings, and recommendations for future LinkedIn Ad campaigns. You will be asked to confirm the successful completion of the project and submit student feedback. Feedback is required for students to receive payment.
