What is World Learning Week?

What started as a one-day celebration of knowledge in 2020 has grown into a global event that learners, HubSpot customers, and partners look forward to every year. Now in its sixth year, World Learning Week is an event where you can sharpen your skills, connect with subject experts, explore new topics — and make a difference while you do it.

The more you learn, the more we give back. For every certification you complete, HubSpot donates $5 to education-focused charities  Teach for All and Laboratoria (up to $25,000 USD total) — and now, NEW for 2026, finishing a course or eligible playlist adds $3 more. Every achievement counts.

This year, we've evolved our name to reflect everything this week has to offer.

World Learning Week (formerly World Certification Week) opens the door to the full HubSpot Academy experience: certifications, courses, playlists, live sessions, and more. We want every learner to find something meaningful and leave their mark on the community.

    Certifications earn $5 per completion, and now, NEW for 2026, completing a course or an approved WLW playlist earns $3 each.

    Complete content during the week or attend a live event and you'll unlock an exclusive World Learning Week badge to showcase on your profiles.

How to Join

Step 1: Register for World Learning Week using the form on this page.

Register once and you're in! You'll get access to the full event lobby a few weeks before the event kicks off, where you can browse and join all available sessions throughout the week.

Once you complete your registration, make sure to keep an eye out for a confirmation email!

Step 2: Create or log in to your HubSpot Academy account.

You'll need an account to complete HubSpot Academy education. Signing up is free.

Already a learner? Just log in and you're ready to go.

Step 3: Learn, complete, and unlock impact.

Complete certifications, courses, and eligible playlists during June 1–5 to contribute to HubSpot's donation*. HubSpot donates $5 for every certification and $3 for every course or eligible playlist completed during the event window.

*Only content completed during World Learning Week counts toward donations.

Step 4: Join the community.

Join our community space within the events platform to connect with fellow attendees, ask and answer questions, and track your progress together.

Step 5: Share your wins.

Show the world you're leveling up. Post your certificates and badges on social media using #WorldLearningWeek and #HAWLW and tag @HubSpotAcademy.
