Nick brings a decade of training experience to his role as a global trainer for HubSpot. Nick works with HubSpotters from all over the world to help them get the most out of themselves and their teams to deliver value to HubSpot’s amazing customers. His passion for learning and development is only matched by his passion for nature, puzzles, the arts, and his family.

Kristen is the Manager of Content Operations for HubSpot Academy. As a lifelong learner with 15+ years of training experience and a BFA in graphic design, she combines her passion for learning, training, creativity, and love of building relationships to empower her learners. Kristen encourages her learners to be themselves while stepping outside their comfort zones.

Anni Kim is a former Inbound Professor for HubSpot Academy. She focused on educating the world about automation and integrations. When she's not filming in the studio, she's probably traveling the world in some top-notch sneakers and sampling all the local cuisine.

Adriti is an Inbound Professor focusing on all things customer service. Prior to HubSpot, Adriti worked at a non-profit educational program focusing on getting high school students into colleges and universities. She is passionate about ensuring education is accessible for all. Outside of work, Adriti can be found at your local Chinese restaurant, playing pickle ball, or hiking through southern California.
