I've been a marketer since 2014. I started my journey by helping my family's long-legacy business (an inflatable games manufacturer) go digital. The company is highly profitable to this day, so I realized a while back;"If I can help my dad's business, I can help pretty much anybody's business".
Later on, I became an agency marketer and started working remotely. Helping businesses grow along the way. I had used the HubSpot tool for internal and client work but didn't realize how fundamental it was to a company's success. I had managed accounts with as few as 1,000 contacts to upwards of 2 million contact records.
By helping companies with Pro and Enterprise subscriptions on the agency side, I realized one very common and recurring problem: A lot of departments lack proper "educational and practical onboarding" into the HubSpot tool.
Most of the time, a company's leader makes HubSpot the core of their organization's revenue operations. Which is great! Yet, the internal teams can sometimes be caught off guard by their lack of expertise in using the tool. So, having a trainer that can tailor their HubSpot learning experience, making it relevant to their daily tasks is massive.
Hence, as a HubSpot Certified Trainer, I embrace the opportunity of being that go-to person in their HubSpot educational (and practical) onboarding. And helping them become the HubHeroe of their organization.
