I love working face-to-face with a team or individual, but do lots online these days as do most people.
I like an informal style, that allows for different learning styles to be accommodated and I am always keen to make sure the students are learning by asking lots of questions as training progresses.
I am happy in classrooms, online, and in private 1-2-1 mentoring scenarios too. I deliver lecture-type, multimedia and workshop-type training depending on the client's requirements.
I've trained sales teams extensively, all over the world including in the UK, the US, Australia and Africa.
I also train marketers and HubSpot admins to get the most from the software and provide onboarding training for the team as well.
I believe that in-house resource is far better than outsourced and that regular training is the route to ensure successful teams stay successful and up to date.
