About This Trainer
I've spent more than 20 years in sales, from sales exec to sales director and everything in between at various companies. When it comes to training, I take a data driven approach to identify training needs, diagnose areas that can have a fast impact and to work out where a specific rep or team member needs help.
I'm happy to deliver one off classroom training, but I much prefer delivering ongoing training/coaching to a sales team so that I can ensure there is a positive impact from what they have learned and ensure that new ideas actually stick!
My training style is informal but focused and I'm a big fan of using techniques like call and meeting recording analysis and deal analysis to help individuals work out where they are going wrong.
