As a Senior CRM Process & Automation Consultant and HubSpot Trainer at one of Germany's top 50 owner-managed agencies, I bring nearly a decade of experience in implementing HubSpot solutions.
My expertise spans a wide range of companies, from small regional startups to large, internationally operating corporations with multiple business units and multilingual teams. I focus on optimizing lead generation and enhancing the management of existing customer data in the CRM to ensure seamless harmony between marketing and sales. I specialize in designing processes and automations that effectively coordinate the handling of newly generated leads as well as the maintenance of existing customer relationships across departments.
In my training sessions, I offer a variety of formats – from personal one-on-one coaching and interactive academies to comprehensive, outsourced HubSpot management.
