I am a HubSpot CRM & Marketing Automation Specialist with three years of experience working part-time at a HubSpot partner communication agency in Italy. In addition to my role in CRM strategy and architecture, I manage CRM systems as a super administrator for multiple clients, ranging from small businesses to large enterprises.
My expertise includes marketing, sales, customer service automation, and database management, along with project management and client care. I also specialize in CRM onboarding and training, ensuring smooth adoption and integration for teams. Additionally, I coordinate both internal and external development efforts to optimize CRM implementations.
Beyond my work in CRM, I am also a Business Economics teacher at a high school, bringing an educational perspective to my professional practice.
