  • As Team Lead of the CRM & Development team at Bright Digital, I help customers get the most out of their marketing, sales and service processes with my team. We do this by implementing HubSpot CRM, integrating (using APIs) with HubSpot or migrating another application (e.g. Salesforce) to HubSpot. The goal is to use the integrated data to create a 360-degree lead and customer view. We lay the foundation for lead generation by building a user-friendly, fast and conversion-oriented website in the HubSpot CMS.
