I am a passionate trainer who knows that the only way to get the most out of a system is to have good user adoption of it, and the only way to get good user adoption is through excellent tailored training that allows users to understand how a system can fit to them, and how a system can work for their process.
I am a self-processed HubSpot nerd and have made it my mission to learn as much as I can about all the hubs and tools and pick out the most useful bits for my clients.
But I don't just love HubSpot, I have an excellent background in sales, service and marketing and have delivered tailored training programmes including management training.
I think there is nothing worse than a boring training session so my sessions are always designed to bring to life whatever the topic is that I am training on. I like to use real-life examples, and interact with my trainees. I enjoy input from everyone and always encourage people to participate fully. Disagree with something I've said?
