I am a senior consultant at BAC, a HubSpot implementation partner. My role is to lead projects from sales handover (solution design) through to deployment and Hypercare. The nature of our projects ranges from mid-market straight forward implementations, through to highly complex enterprise projects with custom integrations and large data migrations.

I have over two decades of senior leadership experience working in private business across Sales, Marketing and Customer Experience. I'm now enjoying leveraging that experience to add value for our HubSpot clients.

When training, I like to set a clear agenda and maximise everyone's time. I aim to set a relaxed atmosphere, where everyone is encouraged to engage and share their ideas and opinions.
