I have a relaxed, collaborative teaching style whether conducting technical training, giving a lecture on a topic, or facilitating a discussion.
I encourage participants to explore additional paths to solutions for their unique goals and problems. Sometimes the obvious answer isn’t the best answer.
I live for the “a ha” moments when learning clicks for someone and you know they see it clearly, and understand the path to applying it in their day-to-day life. Those moments keep me teaching!
