Rob Taylor is the Organizational Development Director at Ironpaper. He leads all staff learning initiatives, needs assessment, gap analysis, change management, and measurement of training effectiveness. Prior to joining Ironpaper, Rob spent over 12 years in learning and development in industries such as retail, healthcare, and B2B business. Rob received a M.S. in Education focusing on human performance improvement from Capella University. In his free time, Rob plays jazz trumpet professionally and loves time outside riding his bike or kayaking.
